Collaboration with Fidens Brewing
A few weeks back we were visited by the axe wielding brewers of Fidens Brewing Company from New York and together we brewed up one of the biggest beers we have ever done. Systems Triple NEIPA started off with an enormous addition of oats and base malt before being hopped with Citra, Strata, and Mosaic. Pouring a deep hazy yellow with notes of pineapple and berries on the nose, at first taste you will get pallet blasted with citrus and ripe fruit and finishing flavors of mango and passionfruit. Let yourself be engulfed by this soft full bodied creamy juice.
