Brewed with 2-row, white wheat, and a blend of both flaked and malted oats. We utilized a blend of some of our favorite hops to try and showcase one of our favorite green plants. With a blend of fresh Citra, CTZ, Simcoe, Amarillo, and some NZ Motueka, this beer is layered with luscious and fragrant notes of tangerine and pineapple, followed by a dense, resinous finish.

Creamy, smooth and chocked full of pure hoppiness, Widowmaker's imperial haze IPA creates a hop bomb of a beer that only a botanist can create.
Cloudy, milky and pale straw in color, the Botanist settles in the glass underneath a creamy white cap and a fragrant perfume of floral arrangements, citrus, tropical fruit, melon and cream. As its creamy sweetness glides across the palate, notions of cereal, vanilla, light bread and pastry dough give a smooth first impression. Hops billow on the middle palate with candied fruits of orange, lemon, lychee, pineapple, apricot and grapefruit before trailing into a smooth finish of verbena, green tea, sassafras and cedar, all wrapped in a cocoon of coconut, vanilla and honeydew.
Full bodied, creamy and rounded, the smooth ale finishes on the sweeter side of bittersweet and more malty than dry for a fuller, smoother session with a spicy gin-like crescendo.

Pours a dark shade of orange, very similar to pumpkin color. Frothy white head. Nose is citrus with hints of berries. Taste was very similar to nose excep the berry flavor comes through stronger. Mild bitterness.

IPA - Imperial / Double New England
Dense, saturated tropical red fruits and smooth raspberry jam currents run wild in the hop flavor. Super smooth and silky feel. Herbal spice hop kick, followed by a creamy and grainy malt balance.

Poured into a 13 oz tulip glass canned on 11/02/23. Pours a very hazy orange with a finger plus sticky white head that leaves plenty of thick lace with excellent retention. 4.25
Aroma is honeydew, peach, mandarin, white grape, and apricot. 4
Taste follows peach, mandarin, honeydew, white grape, and apricot. 4
Mouthfeel is big, soft gentle carbonation, maybe a tad sticky but not dry, and at 8% massive flavor, but stick approachable. 4.25
Overall this brewery always puts out good stuff, but never dazzle me. Worth a shot for sure. 4
