New England IPA clocking in at 6.7% and is a reminder to enjoy all those things in life that make you happy even if they are now a bit hidden from view.
This beer was brewed with a grist of 2 row, golden promise, both raw and malted white wheat and malted oats. We used some of our favorite American hops on both the brew day and in the dry hop, Citra, Simcoe, and Amarillo. We fermented this with a blend of two expressive yeasts we have wanted to try for a bit, the combination of the hops and yeast makes for a pungent experience, specifically aromas of peach and mango. We’re getting tasting notes of pineapple candies, tangerine and a hint of passionfruit.
