As we did last year (2020) with Almost Home DDH Galaxy we are closing out the summer with an ode to the South Shore with an Almost Home variant featuring our favorite hop of the year, Strata! This beer has always been a tribute to embracing your adventures as well as returning to where you belong.
A juicy full bodied IPA that pours a golden haze with a thick white head. Super smooth and a soft mouthfeel with notes of passion fruit and orange courtesy of copious amounts of Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops added in the kettle and in dry hop. The addition of Strata provides a resinous dankness that we love balancing with our juice with!
