Galaxy Grinder is a New England Double IPA and our next installment in our exploration series of Cryo hops. We brewed this up with our favorite blend of 2-row, oats, and wheat in the grist with just a touch of honey malt. Hopped aggressively with Citra Cryo and Simcoe in the whirlpool, as well as a dry hop consisting of some more Simcoe, Ekuanot Cryo, and a heavy handed addition of some fresh Galaxy. This cosmic ripper is dripping with big notes of mango juice, candied peach, and pineapple, with a sticky sappy finish. Dank AF.
