Yo what’s up weirdos, you guys like new beers? Same. This one is our latest iteration of WEIRDOMAKER. Brewed to celebrate our 700th batch and our merry team of freaks who make this dream come true each day and continue to strive for more. We appreciate ya’!
Brewed with a base of golden promise, malted oats, and flaked oats, this DIPA is hopped with Citra on the hot side along with an addition of Phantasm. From there we fermented this on our house yeast, hit it with some more Phantasm, and then dry hopped this with some more Citra, and some Galaxy, and Nelson. Notes of cotton candy grapes, passion fruit, and a little hint of watermelon on the nose.
