Weirdos rejoice! We are celebrating our 600th batch of beer over here and the only proper way to do that was to reimagine WEIRDOMAKER! A New England DIPA brewed with golden promise, white wheat, tons of oats, and hopped with Citra, Rakau and Galaxy on the hot side. For the second iteration of WEIRDOMAKER we conditioned this batch on fresh Chardonnay and Riesling wine grape must, then dry hopped this batch with Citra, Nelson and some more Galaxy. This beer starts with a huge pop of tropical fruit in the aroma, paired with tasting notes of strawberry, lychee, fresh white grapes and a big finish that is as resinous as the dankest of nugs. Just like the last time, crafted by weirdos, for weirdos.
