POLYCHRONIC BLOOM is a NEIPA that we could not be more stoked on. Seriously, we ain’t joking. We’ve been at this project for a little bit... applying different techniques and approaches, this beer is a beer we have been working towards behind the scenes for sometime. POLYCHRONIC BLOOM was brewed with a ton of oats, hopped it with Citra and Rakau, and fermented it with an extremely expressive yeast. Pillowy soft and extremely drinkable, this beer is a ripper.

16oz can dated 8/23/22.
Pours cloudy gold with fairly persistent retention and torn sheets of lacing. White grapes, dank resin, candied peach in the nose. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Grape must, papaya, and sugared orange segments on the palate. Finishes dank and juicy with minimal malt or bitterness.

Poured into a 13 oz Teku glass canned 8/23/22. Pours a hazy yellow with a half finger sticky white head that leaves thin lines of lace with solid retention. 4
Aroma is peach, mango, tangerine, pineapple, and apricot. 4
Taste follows peach, mango, tangerine, pineapple, and apricot very well balanced. 4
Mouthfeel is above average, soft gentle carbonation, not sticky or dry, and at 7% it drinks slightly bigger but extremely approachable. 4
Overall this is a very nice brew, does nothing to dazzle but I would gladly grab this one again. 4

Light golden color with a 4F head in a spiegelau IPA glass.
Excellent aroma, citrus, stone, and tropical fruit.
Smooth MF.
Taste broadens with warming. Best at 49°.
Peach, tropical fruit.
Not too hoppy.
Overall enjoyable EIPA.
The taste could be a bit more pronounced.
