SONIC TRANCE is a NEIPA we have deemed an Oat BOMB due to well... all the oats. In addition to the oats we hopped this beer out with Citra, Mosaic and Motueka. We wanted to amplify this beer with a big oat character so we used a blend of both flaked and malted, along with some home made oat milk. This beer has notes of tangerine and peach with a hint of pine.

A: Pours a milky murky bright mango yellowish orange in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate bright yellow + bright orange + pale golden yellow + pale orange + apricot colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense creamy sudsy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a handful of small to medium sized patches of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy tropical/pineapple + tropical/mango + citrus/orange + melon + stone fruit/peach hops over the top of moderate aromas of biscuit + oat malts with a light amount of sugary sweetness.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of biscuit + oat malts with a light amount of sugary sweetness. That is followed by moderate top strong flavors of juicy tropical/pineapple + tropical/mango + citrus/orange + melon + stone fruit/peach hops which imparts a light amount of lingering bitterness.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Moderate amounts of creamy soft/fluffiness mid-body and a hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a very pleasant creamy soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Enjoyable with a nice hop profile featuring tropical + citrus + stone fruit + melon flavors and aromas along with just a light amount of bitterness.
