If you have ever been in the Tap Room you may have seen us ascending up some steep stairs to dry hop some tanks. Well this beer gets its namesake from these hellish stairs that we affectionately call THE DEVIL'S STAIRCASE. This NEIPA is low ABV but jam packed with sinister amounts of flavor. We scaled down the Polychronic series to a soft, crushable pale ale hopped with copious amounts of Citra + Motueka. We're getting notes of peach, guava, and a hint of blood orange.

Cloudy, hazy yellow in color. Super thick white head. Nose is orange juice and maybe peach. Taste was as nose, citrus, peach, juicy. White pepper. Somewhat dry finish.

16oz can. Bottom sidewall has the date stamp of '10/11/23'.
Hazy, pale gold colored body. Several fingers of fluffy white head upon pouring, and this evolves into a fluffy cap with high ring. Leaves behind some wide strings of lacing.
Very aromatic from the can. Peach, guava, orange, pineapple, and a bit of melon.
Taste is wide and deep, but delicate, with flavors of orange, pineapple, peach, guava, green melon, and strawberry. All the juices extend into the longer lasting aftertaste. Low bitterness.
Medium mouth feel, with a soft texture. Hop greenery in the background. Very good carbonation.
Fits neatly in the hazy/fruity/soft style of IPA.
