We love brewing triple IPAs and we love brewing BLUE COMET so we took everything we loved about Blue’s malt bill and amplified it to hit a massive 10.2%. Triple Comet was hit with a massive double dry hop of Citra, Comet, Simcoe, Galaxy, & some Strata for good measure. We’re getting hints of candied fruit and an intense burst of hops on the nose. Pouring dense, with a beautiful haze, this one drinks with notes of sweet honeydew melon and some citrus up front, then finishes with a sweet sappy finish that stays with you.
