POLYCHRONIC TOMB is a New England IPA, brewed as the newest installment in our Polychronic series. What started as exploration in yeast profiles this series has evolved into pushing ourselves to discover unique and new flavor profiles within one of our favorite styles.
This beer is made with a base of 2 row, wheat, and malted oats, hopped with a ton of Citra, Rakau, and Nectaron hops, and fermented with a very expressive yeast. We’re getting notes of peach, apricot, some mango and a hint of strawberry.
