For this concoction, we soured a base of wheat, barley, and oats, then added a huge amount of house-made oatmilk to thicken it up. From there, we fermented and combined ungodly amounts of peach, mango, and passionfruit with a touch of Madagascar vanilla to create a lactose-free smoothie experience.
