NIGHTMARE SYMPHONY is a Hazy DIPA brewed with a base of 2row, white wheat and malted oats. We hopped this with a huge hit of Citra on the brew day and then double dry hopped with Mosaic, some really nice Galaxy and even more Citra. We went big with this beer, using double our normal hopping rate for our hazies. The result is a melody of citrus and stonefruit, sweet orange, some pineapple and peach.

Pours a hazy lemon yellow with a rapidly fading head. I don't really get much from the aroma, but I seldom do. Nice dank, hoppy tang is the first thing that strikes me taste wise. Hoppiness is complemented by citrus, orange rind in a pungent dance on the taste buds. Overall, this is a pretty tasty beer and definitely worth the cost of entry. Excellent brew.

Fat aromatics of fresh lupilin sticky juice and pineapple chunks. Very fresh hop smell. Spicy pineapple and orange peel hop flavor. Fresh and chunky hop combo, very deep and complex. The 2row and oats are smooth and vanilla sweet, but grainy and bold. Slightly more pithy than some of my highly rated hazies.
