COLD SORCERY is a Cold IPA... think dry West Coast IPA fermented with lager yeast.. brewed with a blend of Pilsner malt and Flaked Rice. We fermented this cold and slow with a lager yeast and then hopped it with BRU-1, Simcoe, Krush Cryo, and Hyperboost Simcoe.

Pours a semi-opaque, light, lemon colored yellow with a 1 finger head. Aroma of pineapple seems to be the predominant aroma. The pineapple comes through in the taste as well being slightly sweet but it is immediately followed by a burst of bitter hoppiness which lingers on the tongue. Carbonation seems perfect for the style. This is not one that I would call a hazy. I found it to be really drinkable and enjoyed it. Downside is that it did not include any kind of brewed on date or BB date.
