Tasted by half-pint at the White Horse, Parson's Green, W. London.
A: dark honeyish-yellow colour, to...tally cloudy, like scrumpy cider actually; no beer head, static body.
S: very mild floral hops mixed with a slightly touch of phenol or more exactly, uh, liquidy cleaning agents... guess that's wheat-malt or wheat? pear-ish (un-peeled) and coriander-ish notes at the back... too timid, but surely hints of wheats are there...
T: very light-bodied grain-juice with a touch of peaches and citrus-rind, but overly restrained in flavour... turning cleaner in texture as it proceeds to the aftertaste, leaving a grist-like grainy flavour at the back. Not too bad.
M&D: for a Witbier, which I suppose it's brewed to be according to the nose, taste, and the name(!), the texture is quite clean and easily-managed, but overall the flavour is boring and lacking complex flavours. That phenolic note doesn't add to its advantage, either. Just okay.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
