Copenhagen 17/8 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Light turquoise and yellow can with Rooster's characteristic logo with a Rooster in black and red.
Pours almost clear yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruits mingling with tart citrus fruit. Sweet peach and apricot. Lime and grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Light sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
A bit flat but with a nice bitter bite.

Pours a fairly clear amber with soft, fluffy head.
Smell is fruity with notes of pine, citrus, peach, caramel and black tea. Crisp and clean.
taste is fruity and crisp with a powerful punch of bitterness. Notes of pine, grapefruit, chamomille, tea, peach and caramel. Terrific balance.
Mouthfeel is medium, sticky and well carbonated.
Overall, an excellent old school WC IPA.
