Heavily dry-hopped with Mosaic & Simcoe, intense fleshy, juicy tropical and citrus fruits aromas - notably mango, lemon and pine- are front and centre in this east-drinking, hazy New England IPA.

Copenhagen 12/8 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. White, dark red and grey can with Roosters pretty cool logo with a black and red rooster head.
Pours opaque hazy yellow with a small white head- Settles as thin ri of foam running along the side of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with sweet, fruity odor mingling with a bit of caramel malts. Citric notes. Peach and apricot. Toffee. Grapefruit and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong tart bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Bitter and a bit unforgiving.
