Dark brown color with practically no head. No fizz sound as well.
Aroma with notes of nuts, cocoa, smoke and maybe a bit of vinegar.
Flavor with notes of toasted and smoked malt, cardboard, a bit of coffee, water from the rain, mild acidity with drops of vinegar. Medium dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness.
Light bordering watery body with low carbonation.
This is the second beer I try from them and again the same awkward experience. Not only is hard to fit them to the style, but also if feels as a puzzle that is not finished as they seem to be learning how to do beer along the way.
