A great German recipe that has stood the test of time. However, we did get cute here. We added Pineapple to compliment the clove and banana flavor that comes from the yeast. Toss in some fresh Pineapple to each glass and we think you will find it quite enjoyable!

From the growler via the brewery in a snifter. This nice hefe twist
pours a medium hazy straw color with a nice head of white foam that
settles to a thick ring, thin clumping layer, and displays some subtle
lacing. Nose of banana, pineapple, and subtle spice notes. Flavors
excel with mild clove and banana esters amongst soft wheat and
mild pineapple with subtle herbal nuances. Nice mouth feel; medium
body, medium light carbonation, and a lightly dry pineapple and
banana finish.

Overall, a very VERY nice hefe with enough character to stand
out in the crowd.
