Breakfast Stout
Sons of Toil Brewing

From the growler via the brewery in a snifter. This mighty fine stout
pours a rich obsidian with a nice head of tan foam that settles to a
thick ring, subtle wafting layer, and sports light lacing. Nose of
deeply roasted coffee, char, subtle cream, dark bakers cocoa, and
touches of sweet caramel malt. Flavors follow the nose with moderately
bitter bakers cocoa drenched in rich dark roasted coffee with medium
high amounts of char and roast amongst some subtle brulee notes.
Nise mouth feel; full body, smooth, light carbonation that is subtly
prickly, coating, rich, and finishing subtly dry and with a bitter malt finish.

A stout lovers dream embraced.....and close to home no less (at least for me!).
