Belgian Tripel
Sons of Toil Brewing

From the growler via the brewery in a snifter. This nice little tripel pours a
medium dark amber tinged golden color with a nice head of white foam
that settles down to a thin fine beaded ring and light clumping layer with
light lacing. Nose of candy sugar and subtle herbal notes with subtle notes
of light breaded malts. Flavors surpass the nose with a nice candy malt
presentation given lift by floral notes and light honey elements. Subtle
cracker and breaded elements intertwine with touches of orange zest
and subtle Belgian spice amongst booze elements. Nice mouth feel;
medium body, smooth, medium light carbonation, and a sweet yet
lightly dry finish.

Overall, a SOLID brew from a very good brewery.
