This double IPA is packed full of Hops, but it has a nice balance with the malt coming through to carry that nice fruity hop flavor to the end.

From the 22 oz bottle in a snifter. This solid little double pours a
hazed amber with a very nice head of off white foam that settles to
a thick ring, thick clumping layer, and displays some excellent lacing.
Nose of pineapple, grapefruit, pine, and honey sweet malts. Flaovrs
surpass the nose with pineapple, mango, grapefruit, light melon,
balanced caramel malts, light breaded malts, and sticky pine
hops. Mouth feel is medium, medium light carbonation, smooth,
and finishing moderately bitter but balanced with the malt
back bone.
Sons of Toil is a solid little brewery and this one is no exception
to the rest of their offerings. Quality and consistency!
Cheers

A gift from my neighbor.. this brewer is out in the middle of nowhere but makes a pretty good beer... This IPA is on the malty side but it's smooth and easy drinking and obviously of high quality... thumbs up
