Imperial IPA
Sons of Toil Brewing

From the growler via the brewery in a pint glass. This
solid little imperial pours a amber tinged golden color with a
nice head of white foam that settles down to a thick ring, light
dusty film, and sports some light lacing. Nose of pineapple, strong
herbal hop notes, sweet caramel, honey, and earthy hop notes.
Flavors follow the nose but surpass by presentation alone with
sweet honey and rich caramel drizzled with pineapple and
herbal / grassy hop notes. Nice mouth feel; medium body,
smooth, lightly warming, medium light carbonation that gives some
needed lift, and a medium dry lingering finish.

Overall, a SOLID brew from a brewery that continues to
impress.
