Sons of Toil Brewing

From the growler via the brewery in a snifter. This mighty
fine porter pours a brownish black, with thin dark tea highlights,
and modest head of off white foam that sizzles to a thin ring and
subtle layer. Nose of coconut, mild coffee, dark chocolate, and
touches of char and cream with a hint of rum. Flavors surpass the
nose very nicely with a light rum and brown sugar note that dances
about dark semisweet cocoa and char overlaying nicely toasted
coconut. Nice mouth feel; medium full body, smooth, lightly
warming, moderately coating, and finishing slightly dry.

Overall, a mighty satisfying brew from a brewery that
continues to impress!
