Pint served by handpump into imperial pint glass at the Cloister Bar in Edinburgh
A- Pale golden amber hue with a creamy 2 finger head producing average lacing and retention.
S- Lots of hops here in the nose. Floral and citrus notes. Not any malt jumping out.
T- Doughy malt flavours in the beginning balancing out to a lingering bitter hop finish - floral and citrussy zestiness give it quite a zip!
M- Low carbonation and light/medium body.
D- Refreshing hop bite and the light feel make this an easy drinking ale. Hop notes are not too in your face, more delicate, making this a nice sessionable ale that doesnt require too much thinking!
