I Am Easy, Easy am I is an India Pale Lager from Jakobsland, brewed with oats and Amarillo and Simcoe hops. It has a citrusy nose, with orange peel, some sweetness from the papaya, and herbal and pine notes with a subtle floral touch. Easy to drink and very refreshing.

Copenhagen 28/6 2020. 33 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Black and white picture of a guy is suit and tie holding up a picture frame with Jakobsland's logo on the can.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as thin but frothy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with sweet fruitiness and strong citric notes. Tangeine, pineapple and peach. Grape fruit and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is citric and bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Fine combination of the bready and the zesty.
