IPA made with Fruity Pebbles. Yup, that's a thing. Inspiration = Sugary, fruity breakfast cereal with iconic carton character on box.

Poured from 12oz can into glass. Found on singles shelf at Elevated BW&S. No dating information found for canning date.
Cloudy, orange/gold colored body. High density of white floaties. One finger white bubbly head. Very minimal lacing.
Earthy/grassy aroma mixed with heavy citrus.
Taste has lots of citrus (orange, grapefruit, and tangerine) along with earthy/grassy flavor. Slightly tart but not bitter. A little bit of carbonation sting on the tongue.
Medium mouth feel. Good carbonation.
Odd ball IPA, that is more like a soda than a beer (no alcohol detected). I do not get the breakfast cereal reference; it's fruity but no pebbles.

Poured from a 12 OZ can into a pint glass. The appearance is a very cloudy orange color with a ton of floating sediment. The aroma is mild hops and oranges. The taste follows the nose but has an acidic finish.

12 ounce can into tulip glass; no can dating, but is a recent release. Pours very murky medium orange/amber color with a 1-2 finger fairly foamy and fluffy off white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin spotty lace cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Good appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, lemon zest, orange peel, light pepper/pine, caramel, lightly toasted biscuit, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and moderate dark/bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, lemon zest, orange peel, light pepper, pine, caramel, lightly toasted biscuit, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, lemon/orange peel, citrus rind, pepper, pine, caramel, biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and moderate dark/bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, and lightly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 7%. Overall this is a great IPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and moderate dark/bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the modestly bitter/drying finish. Great mix of juicy, vibrant, and dank hops; balanced malts, with no residual sweetness. A very enjoyable offering. Can't really taste any of the cereal; but the artificial colors are listed on the can, and are somewhat noticeable in the beer.

This beer pours a hazy amber with a moderate head. The aroma is juicy and fruity, with mango, pineapple, cereal, banana, passion fruit, and papaya. The flavor is fairly sweet with notes of caramel, candied mango, papaya, pineapple - I mean, the taste of Fruitty Pebbles suggested by the label is actually fairly apparent, in terms of a sort of fruit melange. The mouthfeel is full with patchy carbonation. Overall is is decent sweeter beer, maybe a touch to rich and under carbonated, but not bad.

A: Pours an opaque super murky dark burnt orange in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass, moderate to heavy amounts of medium sized light colored particles in suspension, and moderate golden yellow colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall fizzy foamy off-white head that reduces to a large patch of mottled very thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of carbonation are observed.

S: Moderate aromas of floral + citrus/orange + herbal hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit malts with light to moderate aromas of grainy sweetness.

T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of biscuit malts with a moderate amount of grainy + caramel sweetness.
That is followed by slightly stronger than moderate flavors of floral + citrus/orange + herbal hops which impart a minimal amount of bitterness leaving a lingering slightly sweet hop flavor lingering.

M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation.

O: Enjoyable though a different hop flavor/aroma profile than is typical in a NEIPA - less juicy fruits, more floral + herbal but still with minimal amounts of bitterness. Drinks easily with well hidden alcohol.
