Grolsch Zomerzon is out since last year.
Sumer sun.
It is a seasonal beer and it has some treats of a Saison. However, it says itself it is a wheat ale with citrus notes, therefore I guess Belgian white is the closest to the category.
Looks: Cloudy straw pale, medium on the carbonation, micor bubble, 2 finger white head, medium retention
Smell,: sweetness upfront, butter cake, indeed citrus notes, malty baseline
Taste: the sweetness in the smell is not so dominant, fresh citrus tones and really nice hoppy taste, like a very good pilsner, but more tasty and refreshing.
Mouthfeel: a bit thin, a some small acidity
Overall, a bit a unique beer, really refrehsing, very good on hot summer days, very drinkable,
