A nice "starter Beer" watching the taps I see more of this poured than any other beer in this place
Had this on tap at the taproom. Pours pale gold with a thin white foam collar. Faint hops on the nose with light malts. Has a light, grainy palate that is slightly sweet with a moderate bitter accent on the finish. Medium light body, medium carbonation.

A - 1 1/2" white head. Good retention at 3/4". Nice lace. Straw gold color.

S - Fruity malt. Some kind of strange licorice or anise smell.

T - Fruity malt. Lightly hopped. Licorice undertone.

M - Thin body. Medium carbonation.

D - Drinkability is OK. This is the most underwhelming of their beers.

Clear golden with a hefty white froth.
Repressed nose of white bread and hay.
Begins promisingly kolsch-like, with an apparent bready malt. This, however, begins to rapidly fade. Frightenly vacant midsection, with only scattered hints of grain and grass. Meek hop closure, with no real distinguishing feature besides a subtle bitter dryness.
Very light bodied, downable given the climate, but hardly impressive.
