This DIPA features all the goodness of our Haze for Days New England Pale Ale, but with a kick. Aromas and flavors of tripical fruit and hints of grass will make you think you are drinking a Haze just excessively more so.Excessive? Quite possibly. Juicy? Most definitely.

Canned 5-9-19
Standard pour results in a flat head with very little lacing 1 minute later. Tropical and juicy aromas 1st pour. For a 9% beer, it was okay. The flavors were a tad bit muddled, and being a bit on the thick (almost a thin syrup MF) side as it warmed. The alcohol crept in later as well. Not bad.. just not all that.

Had on tap at Lures Bar & Grille. Pours a cloudy but clean dark yellow. Aroma and taste are juicy tropical fruit. The 9% alcohol comes through a bit too much. Overall, a nice local (D)NEIPA.
6-20-20 update. 16 oz can dated 6-4-20, poured into a Willi Becher. No changes to my ratings, still one of my favorite DIPAs from Crooked Crab. The alcohol is pretty well hidden this time around and there is a definite note of fresh cut grass. A great beer!
