16 ounce draft pour into a dimpled mug at the brewery.
L: Slighty cloudy (chill haze apparently) straw-gold, 1” white head is fairly dense and leaves lace, good head retention.
S: Subdued spicy hop and lemon aroma.
T: Mild bitterness, low sweetness, grainy wheat-like malt flavor, mild floral hops, hints of citrus.
F: Light-medium body, hefty for a Kolsch, soft start with a crisp finishing bite, becoming softer and frothy as carbonation diminishes.
O: A little different from a standard Kolsch maybe, but it’s close enough, a good table beer.

Nearly clear pale gold appearance with a large white head that left good lacing, Mild aroma of bread and melon. Taste is grainy with a light touch of sweetness. Low keyed noble hop presence adds some balance. Medium-to-light bodied, moderately carbonated mouthfeel. Dry, short lived finish.

5 oz pour on tap. Pretty typical kolsch, well-made with clean flavors. If anything there is a little bit of a citrusy quality that I wouldn't normally associate with the style - I'd be curious to see which hops were included. Overall, a great summer beer.
