"The second in our series of margarita-inspired sour beers. Brewed with heaps of malted wheat, just a touch of lactose and the Himalaya's finest pink sea salt. Soured in the kettle with our mythical house lactobacillus culture for a refreshing lemony sourness. Conditioned on mountains of mango and lime puree for pronounced fruitiness and zesty tartness. One sip and you'll feel like you're on a beach in Cancun... Plan your dream vacation now."
10 oz draft. Probably a 7.5 of 10 on the sour scale. Decent amount of fruit but less than I expected. Nice wheatiness and salinity. An interesting beer but I wish there was more mango.
