"After multiple iterations of our award-winning excessively long named “Walked into a Bar…” sour beer series we finally have a punchline! Soured in the kettle with our mythical house lactobacillus culture for a refreshingly juicy tartness. We amped up our normal sour base with bushels of malted wheat, just a touch of lactose for body, and a comically placed fruit stand during a chase scene worth of passion fruit and pink guava puree for pronounced fruitiness and zesty acidity. Sip this sour responsibly."
