"A festively rich malty ale to keep you warm this holiday season! Crafted with a robust base of English pale malt accentuated by a variety of crystal malts that add depth and complexity. Hopped assertively with Warrior and Centennial and boiled for 3 hours to concentrate the wort and add fullness to the body. This barleywine features intensely malty flavors reminiscent of dark toffee, rich caramel, and toasted sourdough bread with orange marmalade."
5 oz pour on tap. Aroma and flavor feature citrus and pine hoppiness with moderate bitterness, along with sweet caramel malt and a hint of toffee. Very drinkable for the 10%+ abv.
