The fifth installment of our excessively long named sour beer series that won a silver medal at the MD Craft Beer awards. Soured in the kettle with our house culture of lactobacillus and conditioned upon hundreds of pounds of raspberry and peach puree. Fruit was added at two different stages of the process to maximize both the tartness and sweet juicy flavors.

Pours a cloudy reddish brown with a nice billowing off-white head. Aroma and flavor feature slightly sweet, moderately tart peach and raspberry with a soft wheaty malt base. One of my favorite CC fruited sours to date.
