The seventh iteration of our excessively long named sour beer series that won a silver medal at the MD Craft Beer awards. Soured in the kettle with our mythical house lactobacillus culture for a refreshingly juicy tartness. Brewed with malted wheat and barley, just a touch of lactose for body, and a pick-your-own produce stand worth of strawberry, blueberry, and peach puree for pronounced fruitiness and clean tartness. Sip this sour responsibly.

16 oz can split with my wife and poured into a wine glass. Pours a cloudy reddish-purple with a moderate off-white head that fades fairly quickly. Aroma and flavor are tart berries with some peach and wheatiness. Mouthfeel is moderately carbonated and overall fine, but maaaaybe a touch thin and astringent. Overall it's a solid fruited sour.
