Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Downtown Crown. Brewed with graham crackers, lactose, marshmallows, vanilla & spices. Soured with lactobacillus and fermented on a kingly quantity of peach puree.

16 oz can split with my wife, poured into a snifter. Peach, tart, and baking spices - but not quite as much as I'd like all around. A little sweeter than I'd prefer, probably from the marshmallows. Moderately tart. One and done is fine with me for this beer.
