Aged 8 months in a single Booker's Bourbon Barrel, this Imperial Stout is rich and full-bodied with deceptively mild alcohol warmth and a smooth whiskey finish. Conditioned on heaps of coconut, Madagascar vanilla, and Ecuadorian cacao nibs. Loaded with flavors reminiscent of German chocolate cake, dark chocolate, caramelized sugar and toasted marshmallow, with delicate hints of vanilla and oak. Sip this beast responsibly!

16 oz pour on tap at the brewery. Surprisingly thin in mouthfeel and also appearance - not very dark at all. Hides the 11% abv very well - but if it's going to taste and feel like a lower-abv stout, what is the point of the extra alcohol? That said, I do get all of the listed ingredients - coconut, vanilla, and chocolate, with moderate bourbon barrel as well. Still, it's hard to get past the thinness of this beer when I expected a lot more heft. Meh.
