The triumphant return of our excessively long named sour beer series that won a silver medal at the MD Craft Beer awards. Soured in the kettle with our mythical house lactobacillus culture for a refreshingly juicy tartness. Brewed with malted wheat and barley, just a touch of lactose for body, and conditioned on hundreds of pounds of pineapple, mango and shredded coconut for pronounced fruitiness and zesty acidity. Sip this sour responsibly.

16 oz can poured into a tulip pint glass. Pours a hazy golden yellow/orange with a rocky off-white head. Pineapple is the star here with the coconut playing sidekick, and mango mostly taking the night off. It's a refreshing beer for a hot summer day, creamy, fruity, and no alcohol detectable.
