The latest installment of our excessively long named sour beer series that won a silver medal at the MD Craft Beer awards. Soured in the kettle with our mythical house lactobacillus culture for a refreshingly juicy tartness. Brewed with malted wheat and barley, just a touch of lactose for body, and conditioned on hundreds of pounds of strawberry & banana puree for pronounced fruitiness and zesty acidity. Sip this sour responsibly.

Orange / yellow with a good amount of fizzy white head that receded to a 1/8 inch cap. Smell is lactose, mild funk and strawberry puree. Taste is similar. Not much acidity, but plenty of strawberry and some banana on the finish. Very drinkable.

16 oz can poured into a snifter. Pours a turbid golden yellow. Aroma and flavor are basically strawberry banana yogurt - spot on. Moderately tart, nice wheaty backbone. Very tasty.
