Tart and tropical pastry sour. Brewed with graham crackers, lactose, marshmallows, vanilla and spices. Soured with Lactobacillus and fermented on a kingly quantity of key lime puree and Tahitian vanilla beans.

16 oz can split with my wife, poured into a wine glass. Pours a very hazy yellow with a large, fluffy off-white head. Nice lacing and retention. Aroma and flavor feature a hint of lime (much less than expected) and pie crust/spices. Not over-the-top. Mouthfeel is very creamy. Not too sweet or sour. Surprisingly restrained, still seems like beer, and it works very well.
