The latest installment of our excessively long named sour beer series that won a silver medal at the MD Craft Beer awards. Soured in the kettle with our mythical house lactobacillus culture for a refreshingly juicy tartness. Brewed with malted wheat and barley, just a touch of lactose for body, and conditioned on hundreds of pounds of blueberry, ginger and lemon puree for pronounced fruitiness and zesty acidity. Sip this sour responsibly.

16 oz can split with my wife, poured into a wine glass. Pours a light reddish-purple with a long-lasting off-white head. Nice lacing. Aroma and flavor feature tart lemonade, ginger, and blueberries. Nice wheaty backbone. Moderate carbonation. Overall a tasty and rather unique flavor combo for a fruited kettle sour.
