Totally Jawsome! This malt-forward amber ale was brewed with radical Maris Otter malt and wacky Willamette hops. Pairs great with a slice of zah!

Bitterness is partly due to dark malts and not just due to hops.

Poured from a 16 oz. can. Has an amber color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of caramel malts. Taste follows the aroma, hops are present. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall this is an enjoyable beer.

Poured from a 16 oz can into a pint glass; born on 10/13/23. Pours reddish amber with plenty of lasting foamy head with great retention. Notes of sweet caramel and burnt malt; very good!

16 ounce draft pour into a tulip style pint glass at the brewery.
L: Almost clear amber, half inch antique-white head, creamy foam recedes to just a cap inside of a minute but leaves thin sheets of lace.
S: Weak nose, hints of caramel malt, getting more aroma from the glass than the beer, biscuit malt coming through later in the glass.
T: Caramel and toasted malt, low sweetness, moderate bitterness, hop flavor is floral and woody, subdued malt profile.
F: Light-medium body, medium high carbonation, overall crisp feel, a little chewy mouth coat.
O: A little off the mark for me.

16 oz can poured into a tulip pint glass. Pours a clear chestnut brown with a moderate head. Aroma and flavor feature bready/biscuity malt with some spicy/floral hops. Mouthfeel is crisp and nicely carbonated. Overall it's a solid American amber ale.

Cloudy amber appearance with a large off white head and good lacing. Grainy, bready, earthy aroma. Taste is malt focused. That bready aroma comes across a little more toasty on palate. Nice touch of caramel sweetness. Hops are subtle; thinking floral. Bitterness is modest. Finishes dry. Enjoyed on tap at the brewery.
