Eternal Deathslayer is our double-mashed 5-hour boil Imperial Stout. Loaded with rich dark Munich, crystal, and chocolate malts, with a thick chewy body and toasty caramelized flavors from the extended boil. We aged this already bold Imperial Stout for 12 months in Knob Creek bourbon barrels. The roastiness and dark crystal malts mellowed out to blend seamlessly with the bold whiskey. Loaded with flavors reminiscent of caramelized brown sugar, dark chocolate, and oaky bourbon, with subtle hints of toasted marshmallow, vanilla, and coconut. The final blend is rich and full-bodied with mild sweetness, alcohol warmth and a smooth whiskey finish. Slay responsibly!

On tap at the brewery. Pours pitch black with a dark tan head. Aroma and flavor feature dark roasted malts, bourbon, vanilla, oak, bitter chocolate, coffee, and a hint of vanilla. Mouthfeel is slightly boozy, which is not surprising given the 12% abv. Overall it's flavorful and complex. A great winter sipper.
