The latest installment of our excessively long named sour beer series that won a silver medal at the MD Craft Beer awards. Soured in the kettle with our mythical house lactobacillus culture for a refreshingly juicy tartness. Brewed with malted wheat and barley, just a touch of lactose for body, and conditioned on hundreds of pounds of cranberry, orange and ginger purees for wild color, clean tartness and perfect balance of fruit. Sip this sour responsibly.

16 oz can split with my wife, poured into a snifter. Pours a cloudy, light pinkish orange with a small head. Aroma and flavor feature ginger, tart citrus, light wheat, and maybe a hint of cranberry. Mouthfeel is moderately carbonated and a bit thin. Overall it's noteworthy only for the amount of ginger, though not enough to make it spicy like a ginger beer.
