Tart & tropical sour brewed in collaboration with our friend Chris from the Uncapped Podcast. Soured in the kettle and fermented with a bounty of ripe pineapple and mango purees with just a dollop of Tahitian lime and a pinch of the Himalaya's finest pink sea salt.

16 oz can poured into a tulip pint glass. Pours a slightly hazy yellow/orange with a billowing off-white head that fades away completely. Aroma and flavor feature sweet pineapple, a hint of lime and vanilla, and wheat - and some bonus pineapple on the back end. It's almost one-note with the pineapple, but not quite. I'm not getting any mango, either ripe or green. The mouthfeel is smooth and viscous. Not boozy despite the (unnecessary, IMO) 8% abv. Overall it's tasty but not a beer I wish I had a second can of.
