Tart & jammy pastry sour. Brewed with graham crackers, lactose, marshmallows, vanilla & spices. Soured with lactobacillus and fermented on a kingly quantity of sweet & tart cherry puree.

16 oz can poured into a red wine glass. Pours a murky reddish brown with a large head and nice lacing. Aroma and flavor feature tart cherries, pie spice, graham cracker, and sweet vanilla. Not super complex, but flavorful and goes down easy.
