Tart & jammy pastry sour. Brewed with graham crackers, lactose, marshmallows, vanilla & spices. Soured with lactobacillus and fermented on a kingly quantity of raspberry & blueberry puree.

16 oz can poured into a tulip glass. Pours a hazy light purple with a large head. Aroma and flavor feature tart berries, wheat, sweet marshmallow, baking spices, vanilla, and graham cracker crust. Too much sweetness, not enough fruit or sour for my taste. My wife loved it though. :)
