Tart & tropical sour. Soured with lactobacillus and conditioned upon hundreds of pounds of pineapple, mango, and guava puree, this sour ale features wild color, clean tartness, and a perfect balance of fruit.

On tap at the brewery. Pours an opaque yellow/orange with a creamy head. Aroma and flavor feature sweet pineapple (lots of pineapple), guava, mango, and wheat. Moderate tartness. Mouthfeel is smooth and creamy. Delicious and very easy-drinking.
